If your package has been lost or delivered to the wrong address please verify the address we have utilized for the shipping label. Thereafter, if shipping address applied to the order at checkout and shipping label address are the same you should contact your local USPS or selected shipping company to locate and retrieve your package.

If your tracking number is duplicated and showing delivered in another location besides the address given at checkout, THEOFFICIALIC, will provide you with the shipping label accompanying the order for you to contact USPS or selected shipping company to notify them of the tracking number duplication.
